Google currently provides a service called Google Apps For Your Domain.
Currently the mobile client only works for Blackberry devices. The mobile interface, while it works, is slow and clunky.
No one can be sure (except Google) of the technical aspects of porting the app to other devices, but surely Google has the resources to throw at the problem.
Google has so far been quiet on the whole matter, answering peoples questions with standard responses containing no information.
There is speculation (and it is speculation) that Google and RIM have signed a deal.
Sign this petition if you would like to use Google apps on your mobile device.
Google has now provided this, visit: http://m.google.com/a/ using your mobile phones web browser.
The momentum behind this continues to grow even when the silence from the other side remains heavy. It is exhausting to keep pushing against a closed door but seeing so many people join this effort proves that we are right to demand better.

Why do they only care about RIM? Google apps should work on everything.
