This petition is for all those who are satisfied with their broadband service from TalkTalk to express their views. The better part of 4 million TalkTalk customers can't all be getting a bad service. My service is superb, however there were a few problems when I initially signed up but these were soon sorted and I have had an excellent and stable broadband service for nearly four years now.

Chris Ford, United Kingdom4 years ago Comments: Switched to Talktalk from BT in December last year. A few minor issues with broadband speed and understanding billing. All resolved via members forum and OCEs. Download speed significantly higher than BT - costs significantly lower than BT and no need to deal with an Indian call centre script!
Fitzycat, United Kingdom4 years ago Comments: I lost broadband a couple of days ago for 2 hours. I lost broadband and then phone line for 2 hours a week or two ago. I lost broad band a couple of times in the past but not for long. This over the space of three years so acceptable to me though a bit annoying at the time. I have yet to see a better value internet/calls (international) package on the market. So yes they STILL get my vote
