Name: Patricia Hughes on Aug 29, 2012Comments: I am disabled and have to use a mobility scooter, I frequently join my Husband when he exercises our dogs off the lead in Manor Park, if the DCO is brought in I would no longer be able to join him as the area we are to be given to exercise our dogs is totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems and would leave many feeling discrimated against. Dog owners who use Manor Park help to make it a safer enviroment for all, especially in the winter months, some mothers with young children have actually said to us that they would not feel safe in the park if it was desserted which it would be in the winter months if a DCO is brought in!Flag

Name: Kath Jarratt on Aug 30, 2012Comments: I have problems walking without pain, and being able to have the dog off the lead and throw his ball is great for him in the parks. I always clean up after him. Keeping dogs on leads will not eliminate dog fouling as iresponsible dog owners will still not clean up after their dogsFlag
