We, the undersigned below, request a special meeting to be held by the board of Directors, Joel Shapiro and Mr. Shapiro's select group of advisers. We ask that the board expedite this process as to meet within the next 10 days.

Furthermore, we, the undersigned, specifically ask that no financial, management or any other deal be made specifically with Sequoia Group.

Furthermore, we, the undersigned, specifically ask that no financial, management or any other deal be made with anyone or any company until after the special meeting with Mr. Shapiro and until there is a vote by the entire membership.

Furthermore, we, the undersigned, specifically ask that going forward the board of directors agree to amend the bi-laws of The Golf Club of Georgia to downsize the number of it's board members to five (5).

The purpose of this petition is to allow a member, Mr. Shapiro and his select group, the opportunity to negotiate directly with Prudential with the necessary support of the board and it's members (by vote, if necessary), and the club's members (by vote, if necessary).

Also, this petition, is to serve as a formal means to ask for an expedited meeting to discuss all of the above prior to any financial decisions being made by the board of directors of the club.
