Comments: The Lace Market apartments are mostly empty, yet still apartments are being built all over the city Have at least a bit of discretion. The Golden Fleece is one of the city's best venues, and there aren't enough pubs with decent outdoor areas. Don't ruin it, for god's sake. Please.

Comments: There is absolutely no need for more apartment blocks in this area. It would be a travesty to lose the Golden Fleece as a live music venue in Nottingham.

Comments: Planning should not be given if its going to encroach onto the golden fleece and affect the sun terrace which is a necessity due to the july the 1st smokng ban. The Golden Fleece has been there for years and its unfair that some developer could wreck the hard work they have done making it a lovely pub with a great sun terrace for the local community. Theres also enough housing in this area and there isn

Comments: I object to the planning application as lodged on the grounds that the exterior roof terrace of The Golden Fleece pub will suffer from being overlooked and that the venue itself will lose it's identity as a live music destination and important cultural hub in the city. The resulting parking issues will manifest themselves negatively for the owners of the pub and visitors as a result of increased vehicles using on street parking. The new roof garden at The Golden Fleece is a real credit to the city as there are so few facilities of this nature in the city centre. The Council and the public should be supporting the creation and sustainability of valuable exterior leisure environments such as this one which has been created by the new owners of The Golden Fleece.

Comments: This action will be severely detrimental to the Golden Fleece business and I do not believe it is acceptable to allow planning permission for a residential block backing onto the Golden Fleece.

Comments: If regular live music is hindered at the Fleece through this development it will further disable the music scene in this city. TGF always supports local and external bands and has acted as a good platform for many - plus there's enough flats in this city already and not enough decent venues
