I have read Mona-Lee Takefman's letter to shareholders dated Feb. 12, 2013.
I too am very disappointed with the performance of our Board and management.
By signing herein below I am sending a message to our Board of Directors that I support a change to our business approach as it relates to the compensation of our executives including the issuance of options and the use of our funds.
I support a change in our Board of Directors to include more of our larger shareholders such as Earl Takefman.
I agree that its time for a change.
