I really thought this might just be me shouting into the void but seeing everyone jumping on board is honestly surreal. It feels like we are finally highlighting how ridiculous it is to force us into one format when the players are sitting right there in our living rooms.

Just put the movies on both discs. It is not that hard. Fans shouldn't be punished because of some corporate format war garbage.
My blu-ray collection is growing and I refuse to buy a redundant player for one or two movies. Paramount is losing my business until they fix this.
I really hope they reconsider. Blu-ray is clearly the superior format and way more people use it already anyway.
Ridiculous decision. I already spent cash on a ps3 and now I gotta buy another player just for two studios? Forget that.
total nonsense. HD-DVD is dead anyway why are they dragging this out?

so annoyed by this. my husband and I only have one player and it plays blu-rays just fine. stop forcing us to change!
