| 201 | Jonathan Mang | Im very un-happy with the go trains, i dont see how trains can be on time to the minute during the worst snow fall of the winter and on other days where there is no snow, they are delayed delayed delayed. please explain? Plus cramming three trains worth of people on to one, is rediculous |
| 202 | Danielle Myers | The service is unreliable at best - the lost productivity and man hours I'm sure has a major impact on Toronto employers. The private sector shoudl also be pressuring GO Transit and the government to fix these issues and amalgamate transit authorities to streamline and update this ratty service. |
| 203 | Daniel Amsler | In addition to the above, GO Transit is also negligent of its responsibilites under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, with too few train cars and buses that are accessible not to mention train stations with *no* accessibility making GO Transit useless to people with disabilities like myself |
| 204 | Samantha Nishizaki | Feb. 11 - 14th: Every day this week the 7:28 train from Bonte station has been cancelled or delayed by more than 20 minutes. Twice this week I have had to drive to Oakville station to get on a train before 8am. It has been extremely frustrating and costly considering I purchased a monthly pass from Bronte but can't get on the trains due to delays and congestion. |
| 205 | Manuela Benedetti | I would like to be compensated for delays for the last week. I ride the Burlington to Union train and either there are no seats and the train has been delayed every morning |
| 206 | Anonymous | It has become a joke in my workplace as i never make it on time - very un professional and i think somebody has to be held accountable |
| 207 | Manoj Mistry | The trains on the lakeshore line have been delayed constentley over the last week. |
| 208 | Deb Grundy | This has gone on way too long - Monday the Eastbound 8:13 out of Bronte was cancelled. Wednesday the 8:55 out of Bronte was cancelled and Thursday the 8:13 was 10 minutes late and then proceeded to limp into Union Station. |

| 211 | Anonymous | The service we have been getting lately has been horrendous. The 7:28 train from Bronte has been cancelled 4 days in a row and the trains that come afterwards are cramped and not everyone can fit on. There should be no extra charges because we are getting substandard service. |

| 214 | Anonymous | GO transit is the worst possible transit service available. Something needs to be done!! |
| 215 | Chandler Lauzon | |
| 216 | Nick White | I am disgusted with the quality of service. Over 30 trips from Bronte Station have been cancelled in the last month. What used to be called "partial cancellations" in GO e-News alerts are now called "service modicifations. 21 trips have been cancelled for ONLY BURLINGTON, APPPEBY and BRONTE in the last month so they could leave from Oakville on time. |

| 223 | Dan Antonelli | This morning the train was nearly 20mins late (820 out of appleby) yesterday you cancelled the 850 with no reasoning, last THURS the 802 was cancelled.
All we want is legitmate reasons why or we as the commuters might as start NOT punching our rides and when checked we'll just give reasons like "don't know why not" "switch problems" "infastructure interuptions near the ticket puncher" see how silly those sound? so you get the point. we pay enough, now spend it properly! |
| 224 | Debbie Pierog | Wholeheartly agree with this petition. I've taken the GO for over 30 years, the service is not acceptable. |

| 227 | Anonymous | Every morning there is a delay on the lakeshore west line & frankly its become out of control. I get on at Clarkson & it seems that there are constant "signal problems"
honestly, get a hand of it.. and what I dont understand is that other train lines seem to be working fine, so I dont understand why this particular line seems to ALWAYS have issues.
Taking the Go train is fairly pricey & for the price we pay, we expect a timely service. Not to mention, if we're trying to promote 'GREEN LIVING'.. then come on.. get the service at least up to par.
You are getting MANY dissatisfied customers & frankly soon they will get fed up & NOT use and support your system anymore. |

| 233 | stephanie | Go should possibly look at other major urban cities like New York or London and find were they can make changes to the service. |
| 234 | Jennifer Cavanagh | |
| 235 | greg branscombe | I never get a seat. The MIlton Line is very overcrowded and I had to pay the same fare increase as people riding from Milton when I only ride from dixie....on top of that my Train is late by about 5 min's every single morning? |
| 236 | Anonymous | I get the point that GO has been under funded in the past or at the present time. However, if I am late or don't provided the services that I am supposed to, to my clients. I can’t keep on coming with the same excuse or answer that I don’t have the funds to buy a new computer or help that I might need. SO I hope someone out there in the Monopoly world of Go transit get this point and really gets proactive with the issues or be ready to face disappointed customers.
At time I feel like I am a salve you the Go transit. OH and winter is not an excuse since we have and will always have winter and snow. |
| 237 | Melanie Bevilacqua | I absolutely agree with everything listed here. We could also use an extra train in the morning between the 7:25AM and the 8:00AM train at Burlington, east bound to Union. |
| 238 | Anonymous | This morning was a perfect example of go train disruptions. I was 1 1/2 hours late due to GO Transit's service disruption and paid full price for that fare! |
| 239 | Vincenza Goduto | The service is horrendous. In the last two weeks my train has been on-time once. I arrive at work 30-60 minutes late consistently. We wait for trains in freezing temperatures to find out at the last minute that the train has been canceled (again) and the next train is running 20, 30, 45 minutes late. Trains sit on tracks and don't move for 20 minutes at a time. Cars have been removed from our train to cause excessive overcrowding. Go-Transit staff has no idea on what's going on. They are not informed and cannot tell you what's happening. I receive Go E-News Alerts on delays and cancellations 20 minutes after a train is scheduled to leave. |
| 240 | tim miller | The 7.47 am southbound train from newmarket has not been on time since early December, frequent change of track often to tracks that have one or two exits which makes the delay longer |

| 242 | Justin Weeks | I would like to know what my $280.00 a month goes to. I am constantly late and inconvenienced by the GO train. Its a poor excuse for a transportation service. We (the customers) are treated with zero respect. |
| 243 | Joanne Prada | I was really upset Tuesday Feb. 19th. I arrived for the 720p bus to Malton, and it was cancelled, then the 730p was cancelled, then we had to wait til 8p to find out that that one was cancelled. I later found out that the 8pm was combined with the georgetown bus at a different post. But no one bothered to came over to post 27 to tell us. Someone from our line had to go inside to find out. A little communication would have been appreciated. I completely understand when there is weather problems, but when I have to stand there in the cold and not get any communication, that really upsets me. |
| 244 | Jill Ash | I am held hostage by GO Transit daily. The long waits, cancelled trains and overcrowding is making me consider a move into the 416 area code. |

| 248 | Jennifer Thomspon | I've had enough with all of the train delays. Why am i paying $190 a month to commute only to get to work late almost every day. Last night i sat outside of Oakville for almost an hour due to frozen switches, and this morning the same thing happened at Mimico only almost all the trains were cancelled so i had to stand. I've had enough! |
