Bryden EiselI love being late for work ALMOST EVERY DAY...I am surprised I haven't been fired yet....thanks go transit
Terrie LouieI understand the above, however there are many instances where this is not the case. In one of our recent snowstorms. the Georgetown train (6:43 am) was about 15 minutes late. How is it that the passengers are expected to arrive early in hopes of getting to work on time and yet the crew is not. Today the same train was approx 15 mts late. I stood at the doos @ Brampton Go, which were closed for a good 5 minutes. Why would the not open the doors so the 20 or so people could get on. This would not have delayed the train any further. Instead it just left leaving us waiting for the next train. There is NO excuse for this. Just 2 examples of the many frustraing issues I have encountered this winter...not to mention engine failure....for 1 1/2 hrs with no backup as a recourse etc...

Anonymousi have been using the go system for more than a year now pretty much every weekday for university.. and it is very frustrating when the trains don't arrive on time and i have to be late for my lectures.. and learning from my experience i started taking trains an hour and sometimes two hours before i was suppose to be at school as a safety measure esp for exams.. the worst i ever had this year actually in february was that my train was suppose to be 10 minutes late on the lakeshore west line and then they announced that that they didn't know how long it will take.. then it was canceled and then i had to wait another 40 minutes for the next train.. and it was a very cold day .. frustrating........

Steve ArnoldReliability of trains should be higher, and if customers pay for a service, they should be reimbursed if GO doesn't follow through with its commitment to schedule. Furthermore, overcrowding IS an issue that should be dealt with. Why would a patron PAY the same rate to STAND on a train as one does to SIT? Go should be run like a business, with customer service being #1. Instead, it seems it's run like a monopoly with a "oh well ho hum" attitude. VERY poor management.
AnonymousI agree to fare rebates and GO to be on time specialy i would like GO to create a real time schedule system availavle on GO website.

maryGo Train was late AGAIN. Whenever I complain, basically, I am told don't take the GO if you don't like it. That's a great attitude of the workers. I have never had 1 week where it has been trouble free. That's pretty sad, considering I've been using the GO for over 10 years. And they get away with raising the fares. They are making fools out of us. They know we need the service so they don't care what they do.
Chris OPaying over $3,000 a year I should be entitled to some sort of reliable, tolerable service...let me know when that's introduced.

terrii am so sick of the train being late or cancelled and then no compensation is given for those monthly pass holders. We pay enough for the passes !
robert fritzsomething needs to be done to ease the overcrowding

Javier MenendezOther transit agencies have that policy which I think is fair
Genevieve SetiawanI am committed to supporting public transit but as a westbound passenger it's never easy and GO just doesn't make it any better

Carmen ChoiIt's very frustrating to sit at Union station every morning waiting for a clear track.
Derek TownsI wish I new about this petition earlier. I believe a lot riders on the west bound trains out of Oshawa only heard about it after you meat with the board. I know there is a lot more unhappy commuters out there that would of like to have sign it. Keep up the fight.

Navid MehreganiI don't even want the rebate. Fix your god damn email notification system and at least send the notifications ON TIME!!!
AnonymousI am sick and tired of all the disruptions and cancellations on the Lakeshore line. The service is totally unreliable. They should be providing a rebate for delayed services.

Nick VukobratovicGo must provide a 50% rebate if trains are late more that 20 minutes!
AnonymousA rebate is a must. What other business would survive such service? We need GO management and staff to be accountable. Speaking of notifications: The 5:30pm RHill train was delayed but the notification wasn't received until 6:34pm. How effective is that ?

AaronToday's 825 Oshawa to Union train which is to run express from Rouge, decided to make all stops to union and the CREW of this train decided not to tell any passengers. I have been riding GO for 5 years and the crew of the 8:25 lakeshore east train is the laziest worst crew I have ever seen, constant delays with these guys and they fail hard when it comes to relaying delays and cancelation announcements... How can someone hate there job so much they would disrespect a whole train full of people like this. I am taking action on these guys. I want them fired.
