We are Mrs. David’s 7th Period Civics Class at Florence M. Gaudineer Middle School. At this moment we are working on Project Citizen, a class project in which we choose an issue that's important to us and try to improve it. The issue that is very important to us is improving our school environment. To do so, we came up with the idea of installing solar panels, which could save a lot of money for our school. With the money saved, we could restore the electives we have lost, such as sewing and woodshop. By signing this petition, we can influence the Board of Education to install solar panels. Thank you!
