Free and Continuos Access to Computers throughout the Blackhawk Campus

Each person who comes to Upper Iowa University and becomes a student, expects certain treatment and benefits. These benefits are usually seen as a basic curtosy, rather than a privelege. Most University students should expect to have the basics in order to master their education. These would include a library, access to free educational material and computers to gain broader access to educational materials and compete in an ever growing technological world. Also, as much as students have to pay for their education today, they should have access and benefits to the basics if not more. Upper Iowa University Blackhawk Center is responsible for their students to acheive academic excellence. Therefore, they should supply students with continuos access to computers, where the ratio of students to computers are in reasonable number.

These provisons should not be exclude simply beause of the location a class or classes are being held. It is the responsiblity of UIU to provide these provsions so their students can be successful in their academic endevaor.
