Name: Scott Hulse on Mar 26, 2010Comments: Glad to see a petition going that actully makes sense and cant be argued. Ive been affected by it personally and im forced to pay child support which i dont mind paying but if im perfectly willing to want to see my gergeous 3 children then why should it be stopped on her say so. The law is that back to front that if im seeing my kids i dont have to pay it yet if the mother of my kids forces me out of there live completly for no reason whatsoever then i have to pay it. So how can this be justified the law needs to change if im paying for my kids i want to see them. A bond between father and child is priceless.Flag

Name: Joanne Davidson on Mar 26, 2010Comments: strongly agree that dads should have as much access to their children as the mother is deemed too have....and i dont think money should matter....yes it helps if they reach an amicable understanding but why shud dads have to pay for their rights........only ones too suffer are the children....and dads have a bond too....i know it would destroy my husband if we seperated and i used my kids as a weapon........dads have rights to....good luck to all dads trying their best to do right by their babies....they get a shitty deal i say....Flag

Name: Daryl Hewson on Mar 28, 2010Comments: This petition describes my situation down to the bone. I havnt seen my kids since fathers day 2009 because i wanted a few more hours with my children, witch was not allowed by my ex partner. I have been paying child support since we split and still have no contact with my children, i havnt even got a postal address to send the kids presents, or even a contact number to call them.. I miss them very much and hope that one day things will be equal for my self and all the other dads out there.Flag

The mother is allienating me from my daughter. My daughter is 16 months old, The first 10 months I seen her almost everyday. The last six months, I've only seen her once.Flag
