I was the victim of an auto accident on Nov. 28th, 2012. I received 0 tickets. The driver that hit me received 3 citations and 4 felony tickets. The driver also had OCEAN HARBOR CASUALTY Insurance. This is where my troubles mainly lie, for Ocean Harbor delays, delays, delays, like they are hoping you give up plus they also give out in replies to complaints mis-information. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

My car was made undriveable for I was T-boned, so police towed it to their lot for they would not let me have Triple A tow it. I immediately got it out of the police lot that night and had Triple A take it to my body shop that it located close by. I have had to rent cars ever since, for I am trying to not lose my job that I love and to keep going to physical therapy for I was truly hurt in the accident with a MRI to prove it. I still do not have my car back.

I am being told my numerous individuals that I may have to sue on my own to get my towing and car rental expenses back. When I talk to Attorneys and tell them that OCEAN HARBOR is the other insurance company they are no longer interested. When I talk to various other government offices and so-called consumer advocates am told that there is not much that they can do for am "Just A 3rd Party Claimant". I told them that is not true. We are human beings, not numbers, not dollars & cents. Now because of all this, my 84 yr old mother-soon to be 85-has had to go to a doctor for the first time in over approx. 50 years. It has now been determined that she has high blood pressure because of all the unnecessary stress that she as as a co-owner of this car has been going through.

PLEASE SIGN AND LET US GET THE LAWS CHANGE TO GIVE US "3RD PARTY CLAIMANTS" LEGAL RIGHTS AS WELL AS BEING TREATED AS HUMAN BEINGS WITH RESPECT.
