On Friday the 8th of August 20014 a court hearing took place in relation to the repossession of 105 high street Merthyr Tydfil. ("The property") it was argued that the owner, Naz Mohammed ("Naz") did not have a right to retain ownership of the property due to failing to pay ground rent of £400. It was claimed that Naz could not be located and therefore the property was to be repossessed. This is false information as Naz was reachable but attempts to contact him were not made to any reasonable degree.

Therefore by signing this petition, you agree that for over 30 years, Naz has continuously been contributing to the town of Merthyr Tydfil through his devotion to improving the entertainment and social scene for local people. You also agree that the property should be returned to it's former owner Naz Mohammed.
