Here in Canada we are paying monthly for our data plan even though we are not using it. If we exceed our usage the price of extra byte of data is too much, this is not fair. Our unused data should accumulate so that in the months that we exceed our data consumption we have a little bit of extra in our account to compensate for the months that we rarely use our devices.
