Friends of Girls Prep are parents and supporters who believe every child must have equal access to a quality education.

Girls Prep is the number two (2) ranked charter school in NYC. Girls Prep outperformed ALL the District One schools and is the ONLY SCHOOL IN DISTRICT ONE TO CLOSE THE ACHIEVEMENT GAP.

Friends of Girls Prep believe all children in District One should have access to a high performing school such as Girls Prep.

Charter Schools are Public Schools and have every right under NYS Law to share space in a public school building.
