I know the case of Gilberto Garibaldo and the charges against him. But i wish to see him get alternative sentencing, or probation. That includes no jail time. I also know that Gilberto is the only English Speaking person in his family, and that he helps his family take care of his brother. further more, he is attending school at sierra college and he deserves to continue attending college without interruptions.
