Dear Canada,

 Sup? See we've got this problem, no, nobody is jumping the boarder from Canada. We just found out that we've got too many states. We were reading some documents in Congress and we realized good ole George Washington wanted 49 states. So we wanted to give you something. It's called The State Of Ohio. I dont' want you to think it's a big deal, like they have some cool things like..vests..and other things that keep you warm.

So if you want it, you can have it. Think of it as a thank you for letting us have Steve Nash and John Candy (Who doesn't like Uncle Buck?) 

Not to mention you get to take Terrelle Pryor. How sweet is that?
