   Comments: why would they cut off free, it shouldnt cost too much... i know quite a few people who love to use it but i just dont see the point in cutting the free, and going straight for the money from what I HAVE seen in companies that do that, they lose a lot of community and userbase

   Comments: I was expecting this to happen and this is why I did not rely on it. Small companies like ghost cannot and will not be able to compete with bigger companies like MS and Google... I think it was a good decision by managemnt to shut it down as keeping it will cause them more and more losses. As for selling the service to bigger companies... oh.. I do not think it will work. Globalization my friends did not leave anything to the small guys.

   Comments: i was shocked and disappointed when i heard the news. All in all, G.ho.st is a great web hosting. I told many friends that g.ho.st is a splendid web service . But now... I hope that g.ho.st team will provide us more innovative ideas and services in the future. Thanks you very much.

    Comments: i was really enjoying and actually using ghost on a regular basis. It seemed not too many people did though. Bad Marketing / No Marketing? A little pissed it's ending. I want to build my own virtual desktop now.

    Comments: Your service is fantastic and wipes the competitors playing field. I indeed would like this service to continue onward even if I have to pay for it. The decision to close this service probaly is set in stone now but I implore you to explore other options besides the dreaded shutdown.

    Comments: i feel like i was used just as testing if i had known this would have happend i would have never joined ghost appealed to me because it was free and i didnt have to worry about loosing a flash drive

    Comments: I'm from Brazil and I use the G.ho.st VC since february 2009. All I can say is that there isn't an other VC like G.ho.st, because it's the better. I'm really sad to hear that the VC will be shutdown, because I love to use it and it's very useful. Please... think about to continue with this service.

    Comments: I was disappointed in the decision and my files were corrupted and missing before I could migrate them. This experience has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and the negative publicity will surely perpetuate to ANY corporation that is approached to do business with g.ho.st. The only remedy will be to resurrect the individual accounts.
