Its about time somebody did something about the lighting in our so called 'dog parks'. Why should these facilities only be enjoyed when there is daylight? Please sign my petition so we can get this problem sorted once and for all. Nobles park and the Millenium oakwood are such assets too our island so we should be able to enjoy them throughout the WHOLE day.
