Operation: Get Rallies Back

51 Signatures Goal: 100

As students of West Torrance High School, we believe that in order to unite as a group (family), we would like to have back our privilege of having rallies. Upon signing this, students will not do the following: 1) Disrupt the flow of a rally (skits, MCs, etcetera). 2) Cause a safety hazard (Classic beach ball incident). Mr. Egan/ Ms. Yoo, No fancy words. We just want our rallies back. Our class colors back. Mr Egan, you have said that "uniting" our school is by wearing the colors brown and gold. However through a student's perspective, wearing class colors (blue, green, red, yellow, etectera) is what really what brings us together. It shows the competitive side to each class which is what really does "unite" us. We hope that you both can take it into consideration the idea of bringing back our rallies. We want to cheer. We want to boo freshman (a tradition). We want the sound of the wonderful band blasting out their wonderful pep tunes. We especially want to stand together and sing our Alma Mater. Thank you. Sincerely, Students of West Torrance High School
