Evaluate Jennifer Parcell's Teaching Abilities

The petition

In light of recent events, certain students of Higley High school have doubted the effectiveness of the method Jennifer Parcell takes to teach her class. Her knowledge on the subject matter she instructs is extremely limited, her general remarks are off-color, and her overall performance is unsatisfactory. Her ability to continue teaching certain subject matter at Higley High School, or any high school for that matter, must be questioned. We, the past and current students of Jennifer Parcell, present this petition to the Higley High School administration, in hopes that affirmative will be taken upon this situation.
