Though little has been proven ,it seems clear that he has made a habit of profiteering off other people's hard work by making dubious claims to various intellectual properties. That he would inhibit in ANY way an indie game developer, as he did the developer of Edge for the iphone, means he has no place on the board of an organization specifically created to protect indie game developers. His presence on the IGDA board entirely discredits the organization.Flag
