Since the opening of the Tanimura & Antle Family Memorial Libray in December of 2008, there have been policies set to regulate what is allowed in the library. There is, however, no artwork throughout the entire library. The reason for this being that there was never a policy set for it. For years the art department has urged the committee in charge to create a policy to display artwork in the library. They have even volunteered their time to assist in the creation of a policy for this specific purpose. Despite this though, the committee always casts it to the side.
