Wimbledon Chase station should have been provided with electronic information screens years ago. Instead, we occasionally get announcements (often not) which may or may not tell you about trains that are late or not going to turn up at all.
We also have the 'lack-of-information' helpline which gets ignored most of the time but does work once in a while, and if you get an answer its from First Capital Connect(FCC) employees who rarely seem bothered about whether you get the information you need, or not. Its always your problem, your responsibility, your fault even.
Please sign the petition and help force FCC to provide effective information systems at Wimbledon Chase Station. They get paid an awful lot of money, and quite happily take our fares, but is the service we get any better than shoddy (No)
Train companies get away with treating their customers badly because people suffer in silence, or just grumble a bit when they get to work (late again), or to their partners when they get home. Let's force FCC to treat us a bit better and get some screens up at Wimbledon Chase.
