Karen Teague is a 25 year resident of Rancho Cordova who has raised two children through Cordova's school system, and currently resides with her husband, Russ, of 25 years in the Cordova Garden's neighborhood behind the Mills Shopping Center where a full Wells Fargo branch was located until 10 or so years ago, and two ATMs were located until Raley's closed its doors 4/11/12. Karen is an independent social-civic-green living consultant specializing in finding workable solutions to seemingly impossible problems.
