Please help me get Chester Jake Brown,other know as Weiner,back in the house.Its FREEZING outside and he needs to come inside!He stinks and need a bath!He is just a little lap dog who need to be inside on someones lap or in his cage like hes supposed to be doing.Please sign and help me help this little dog:(
