We are starting a petition to make the management office at Octagon take the necessary action to remove the foul smell at the ground floor lobby . We have been told that it is a problem for many years !!! It is an embarrassing and annoying problem that needs to be resolved by the building management office immediately. If you feel the same way about the foul smell at the lobby , please follow this link and sign this petition so that we can pressure the management to take the necessary action to resolve it . We are after all paying rent and we deserve an orderless lobby on the ground floor.
