Our neighbors at 14908 NE 70th St. Vancouver, Wa have a backyard with goats and chickens that constantly are screaming and making noise. Now that it is summer the smell is unbearable. We are unable to enjoy our backyards and have our windows open because of the smell and the constant noise. All though it is legal to have barnyard animals in Clark County I find it hard to believe there is not a limit of how many and at the very least to keep the area clean of animal debris
