Since 1999, the Ontario Government has been scamming money from hard working people. The Emissions Testing has shown no signs of improving day to day lives anywhere. It is just a huge money grab for money hungry Politicians in Ottawa. These test are notorious for costing individuals a lot of money to fix a vehicle that isn't even polluting. It may have work for the first year or two, but now, it is useless. And now, they are trying to bring it to a whole other stupid level. Why only Southern parts of Ontario? Because most Politicians are North, they don't want to have to pay for something as stupid as this? This has got to stop.
