On the day of July 15th, 2016, at approx. 7 PM EST, A Picarto Moderator called Dogan checked on the Real-Time Fandub stream, asking if the runners were illegally streaming the episodes, or if it fell under fair use. On any other site, the removal of the stream would've been instant, but here, Dogan was nice enough to do differently.

After a while, he saw that the chat was being cleared constantly, he shut down the WHOLE website for a few minutes just because of a problem one stream had.

This behavior is high on the charts, and should be payed well.

And so, I petition the folks at Picarto.TV to pay PicartoTVDogan more for being such an amazing fella.
