This man and his friends are a nuisance to the entire neighborhood. They have set off fireworks at 11 o' clock at night in an area surrounded by dry grass with no regard for the danger they may cause if a fire should break out. It is also suspected that these people have been firing off shotguns and other firearms. Unfortunately, the police are unable to arrest or detain these people without physical evidence and since most of their incriminating actions take place at night it is quite difficult to catch them in the act. Furthermore there have been many incidents of trespassing and vandalism of private property both reported and unreported. And I for one and tired of these people and their disregard for others saftey. So I ask with the utmost sincerety that those who are also tired of waking up at night to the sounds of shotguns and fireworks to take action and help me get rid of these nighttime vandals and bring back our once peaceful neighborhood.
