Today our parents received an e-mail stating we would need to buy the regulation backpack or tote bag from the Magic Shop and go to our lockers in between each class because of people's bags being too large. I think this is unfair because most girl's bags are the correct size, and we are all being punished for a select few. This year was the first year backpacks were allowed and also the first year they seemed to have this problem with bags being too large. I would like to propose going back to only allowing tote bags, but still visit your locker in between every class. If some people's bags are still too big, make that specific girl carry the regulation bag. Our bags are one of the few ways we can express ourselves and I know quite a few people who would hate to have that taken away. We need to get back our bags!
