I want to dye my hair with the brand Manic Panic. In the instructions it says to get a better vibrant color I need to bleach my hair. I have pleaded with my mom to just let me dye my hair natural colors. And finally she agreed to let me dye my hair unnatural colors. The only thing she is stubborn and against me bleaching my hair.
