Addie Rawls has been a Judge of low morals and has not heard cases to their full potential and needs to be taken off the bench. She sat through child custody cases asleep, and on final hearing came into court wearing street clothes and once again slept while the layers battled it out behind closed doors. She never heard the children out in this case and has harmed the children by placing them with fathers that abuse, neglect and have the children driving them around drunk. This is not the first case that she has given custody to the wrong parent. One such case gave the mother the children and allowed her to leave the country,never to be found for another hearing. Addie Rawls must be taken off the bench to keep from ruining other children's lives.
