It appears that Glasgow City Council think it's acceptable to spend £15,000,000 on redesigning George Square when our roads are covered in pot holes and most of us see very little grit being spread in winter.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
