Susan | You people are REALLY bad decision-makers ... in fact, I can safely say that: The University of Wyoming REALLY SUCKS! (especially the football team, which should have been the first thing cut from the budget)
Suzette Shelmire
Gregory Brown | As a former Wyoming resident, and geophysicist, it is very sad to see this fine museum closed. Bad choice!
Thomas and Peggy La Point | The museum has been part of the lifeblood of the university since we were children. Open it right away.

Roger Anderson | All, I am really disappointed in this. I spent a year at the University of Wyoming and ultimately became a geologist. The museum was a part of me deciding to become a geologist. The closure of the museum is a loss to all the people of Wyoming and those who attend collage at WYO.
Sarah Forrester Bright | This is absolutely tragic. There is nothing like this museum anywhere in Wyoming. I am appalled to think that children growing up in Laramie will not have the chance to pore over every bone and rock that I and my friends had. Is there really no money to be had?
Martin Babb |
Jeanette Lamb | I hope that the museum can be opened full time again so Brent can stay in Laramie. The museum and everything about the staff and articles kept there are a huge asset to the University of Wyoming.

Nikki Powers | My son Tyler, a senior geology major, took his parents (Rick and Nikki Powers) thru this museum in June, 2009. We have toured museums thoughout the world and found this museum well worth the effort. I hope the contents of the museum will be retained for future education for the local people and those such as ourselves. I understand cutting budgets. Perhaps interested UW students can help educate the public until money can be found for future professionals to continue their work.
