Placing the statue on the West Front of City Hall will be a PR bonanza for Philadelphia in that many history and Civil War aficinados world wide will see the statue.     Comments: Meade was a very humble person and my guess is that he would not like the visibility of city hall. Look at his grave site. Very modest. That was his style. Most occupants of city hall do not belong in the same company with General Meade.
