| 4253 | Chris Coleman | I used to go there every year. I went there last year, and the year before. I was always trying to get on Grizzly Falls...It was about half operational the one time I got to ride it in about 4 years or so. Now, When ya go there 3 years in a row, and ya get to ride it ONCE...Something's wrong...Especially since I went there twice on my camps last summer and before that...out of those 4 times....Grizzly? Offline. Arcades? Tons of bugs and glitches. Ya know what?...They are definately idiots. If they go through with this, I'm going to laugh; There will still be people who will go of course. Whether or not it was to see the landmarks, I dunno, but some people will go regardless. But atleast i can try resting easy knowing They are about to lose a LOT of money by messing with Loyal Geauga Lake fans :D (Bad enough that Six Flags took shamu when they bought the place...)Plus, I noticed that they had no shows at all in um...late july. Kinda weird...And sad... |

| 4255 | Mary | To say that Cedar Fair mishandled Geauga Lake's operational, removal of rides and closure is an understatement! Cedar Fair, who boasts about Cedar Point being the best of everything, should be ashamed of themselves for what they did not only to Geauga Lake but also to their loyal patrons. I'm not discounting that Cedar Point is the ultimate park but I will never give any Cedar Fair park one red cent of my hard earned money. What they did to Geauga Lake and their patrons is unexcuseable and will leave a sour taste in many people's mouths for many years to come. I will either drive way out of my way to patronize a non Cedar Fair owned property or I will sit at home before I will step foot into one of their properties. Cedar Fair should consider changing their name to Cedar UNfair since that is what they definitely are. |

| 4261 | Sharon Shellhamer | My family has been part of Geauga Lakes history since it began. My grandparents and great grand parents went to when it first opened and we followed that tradition.
I hate Cedar Fair for ever buying the park. It is very clear that they did not not want the competition. I must say that my family will be at a great loss this year by not having a Geauga Lake pass. |

| 4267 | Erica Ludwig | this is truely sad, i grew up going to Geauga Lake with my grandparents and parents. I couldn't wait for that time of year. And recently been taking my family up there. I have never seen my sons face light up the way it did when we pulled in there every year. Now i don't have the heart to tell him that its gone. He was so excited because he is finally tall enough to ride the costers that he has been wanting to do since 3, now i have to tell him there gone. Thanks for nothing Cedar Fair's.. for crushing all of our dreams!!! |

| 4269 | Tim Haerr | Please save the Dipper or make another coaster of identical design. I love roller coasters and have spent many dollars at many amusement parks including Kings Island, Cedar Point, Geauga Lake, Michigan Adventure, Kings Dominion, Carowinds, Dorney Park and Canada's Wonderland. Hopefully with all of our support in your amusement parks, Cedar Fair can support us in Saving the Dipper.
Thank you, |

| 4271 | D. Johnson | Geauga Lake is a part of my history. I can remember taking my very first rollercoaster ride on the Corkscrew with my father (who is now deceased) I was about 7yrs old at the time. Now Im 35, live in St. Louis, Mo and that is still something that I will always cherish in my heart. To hear that the park closed, was like a part of my history being stolen from beneath me. One of the highlights of my summer is when I come back to visit family in Ohio (Cleveland) and we usually all go to Geauga Lake since its close by. I was there just last summer in 07 as well with my daughter, whom I turned into a rollercoaster fanatic lol. So its family tradition being passed down. Cedar Point is an amazing park but Geauga Lake is definately more of a family oriented environment. I just have soooo many memories growing up where the happiest times of my childhood were taking trips to Geauga Lake (I could hardly sleep the night before). It is a sad day in age to see a landmark such as this close its doors. The park has thrilled and entertained couples, children, families, students, work picnics, etc. for many many years and will be deeply missed. |

| 4277 | Holly A. Gray | I would have liked to visit the park one last time. |
| 4278 | josh j | I remember it as a kid . I would have loved to shown my kids. |

| 4285 | Karen M. Noyes | How sad that you think nothing of our memories that you would take them away without a thought of anything but the bottom line. I guess you never had any memories. |
| 4286 | Angela | I have memories...lots of memories. I remember all the good times I had a Geauga Lake. I also remember going to Cedar Point. The memories of Cedar Point are pretty much memories of waiting in line for what seemed like forever. I also remember waiting in line for Top Thrill Dragster only to have it shut down after I waited for over two hours to ride it. Hmmm...which park did I prefer, standing in line for nothing or just about nothing or having the time of my life at Geauga Lake??? Geauga Lake wins hands down. |
| 4287 | tim williams | it is sad to see such a landmark go away for no real reason. |
| 4288 | Matthew Perko | It needs to be kept. |

| 4295 | Melinda Manis | We have bought season passes for the last 8 years it is sad that we will no longer be able to do our yearly family get together there. |
| 4296 | Erik A. Callahan | Geauga Lake has been a staple in the Northeastern Ohio community. Ever since big business has taken over the operations(i.e. Six Flags & Ceadr Fair) Geauga Lake has gone down. The park should have been a classic amuzement park that delivers the essence of nastalgia instead of a clone of the overpriced theme parks of today. |

| 4298 | Lisa Lloyd | I to feel a great loss with the closure of Geauga Lake. My grandfather had is pipe fitter union picnics there. These are some of my foundest memories of the park! I even had season passes so my children could enjoy the park I loved! Four generations have had the experience to love Geauga Lake. Too bad Ceder Fairs took that opportunity away for future generations to enjoy! :( |
| 4299 | Tom Polewchak | My parents had always taken me to Geauga Lake when I was a kid and I worked at the park for 5 years when I was a teenager. I have so many wonderful memories and I am so incredibly disappointed that this has happened. Cedar Fair should be ashamed of themselves and i will NEVER visit Cedar Point ever again. |
| 4300 | K R Miller | As a great fan of John Miller coasters it would be a crime to let this piece of American history end up being destroyed because of the short sightedness of Cedar Fair management. |
