| 154 | Marge | Regardless of the business decision behind the ride closures at GL, Cedar Point was totally off-base in how it handled the announcement. At a minimum, the annoucement should have been made well in advance so as to allow season pass holders and fans alike an opportunity to make one last farewell visit to the Park - especially considering it's long history. I am sure that visits to this Park were family traditions for many - traditions that now have ended all too abruptly. |
| 155 | Bill Hall | Cedar Fair has lost me as a customer. I couldn't think of going to a park they own now. |

| 159 | Angela | I have worked for the park for 9 years including sea world and six flags. i love these parks and i am very sad that only the water park will remain |
| 160 | Jon Salta | I had the best time at Geauga Lake when I went there. |

| 164 | Paul Muller | Why destroy something that was buit up for those of us who chose not to travel great distances to enjoy a day of fun with our families. I for one spent many days and weekends at the park, why such a rash decision. I will travel to Kennywood in Pa. Before I utlize any of your parks if you make this rash move. Reconsider I think it would be wise. |

| 167 | Anne Farrell | I believe that Cedar Point never wanted
Geagua Lake to survive. First Cedar Point eliminated Geagua's Halloween Weekends, then they never did anything to Hurricane Harbor like they promised. Next they removed 2 coasters and never repaired a third. What happened to their promises to make it a family oriented park. |
| 168 | mark petrosky | Cedar Fair this is truly unforgivable what you did to GL! |

| 170 | Frank Graham | I was very dissappointed (outraged!) the way Cedar Point announced the closing. They should of given more warning.Geagua Lake still could have many good years ahead if they would sell the park to someone who cares about family and tradition. I've been to Michigan and that park is smaller and had less people attending than Geagua Lake. Yet Cedar Fair keeps that park running.
I will also give up our season passes and head to Kennywood. |

| 172 | Corey Shaffer | 119 years of history, gone. Memories from when I was a kid, gone. A 120th year anniversary for the park, ruined. Please don't close the park. It was not designed to ever compete with Cedar Point and it should be it's own park under it's own ownership. Please keep it open under a new management!!! Please! |
| 173 | Patrick T. Colvin | You have the opportunity to make this right. SAVE GEAUGA LAKE AMUSEMENT PARK! |
| 174 | jim vickman | we always enjoyed this park, as it was a closer and less crowded option to cedar point. to close this park down is a travesty of justice to all of us who make visiting this park anually a part of the summer, not to mention the memories, both myself and my daughter both rode the double loop as our very firwst adult roller coaster as children. SHAME ON YOU CEDAR FAIR!!!! |

| 176 | Jill Dolan | I bought season passes this year for the first time, and I am now questioning doing it next year. The only reason I did so was to attend both parks in my area, and to be honest I would have NEVER gotten passes for just Cedar Point alone. I would have thought Cedar Fair had more interest in holding on to a great place and proving they could make it what it once was rather than selling out for money. I guess this just proves they never care about their customers or the rich history they are letting go of just how much money they can make and putting bonuses in their fat executive ass pockets. I really find it amusing that I did attend Ocktoberfest and they were still promoting buying season passes for next year all along knowing it would be closing, how deceitful. I also would have liked to have known it would have been my last visit, I would have spent more time there that day and probably bought more merchandise to hold on to my memories. I am very upset with Cedar Fairs actions and as a lifelong Ohioan feel the loss of a large part of our history to people who choose to take the easy way out. |
| 177 | Keith Perez | Bad move, Cedar Fair. First you take out the park's two best rides and then you just kill it all together. At least do something with the Big Dipper and don't just demolish it. You REALLY need to put a lot more into the waterpark side now... |

| 186 | Joshua Brummitt | WHAT? you cant close!! |
| 187 | Dante | Cedar Fair of all companies should know alot
about keeping something a historic as Geauga Lake alive. I guess the bottom line is whats in important now. I guess my plans to ohio for 2008 are now canceled. Why go to the cedar point when i cant do geauga too. WHoever the management is... dont screw up The Point too! |
| 188 | Dick Kinzel | I think i made a mistake |
| 189 | cheryl lininger | when you bought it from six flags you boasted of giving us back our old park, even to giving it back its' old name, geauga lake. shame on you cedar fair. you lied.
the lininger family |
| 190 | LeBron James | Im gonna buy Geauga Lake |
| 191 | Jordan M. Telling | |
| 192 | Vicki Lefelhocz | I was shocked that we, as customers of the park, were not given any warning that it was to close. My daughter and I are so disappointed. Cedar Fair did NOTHING to improve this park. In my opinion, they allowed it to get worse and worse so they could close it and get people to come out to Cedar Point. Sorry...we won't be doing that. I guess it will be out to Kennywood for us. I won't support anything that has anything to do with Cedar Fair. |
| 193 | Keith P | I have always enjoyed Geauga Lake and I strongly believe that they should continue in business |

| 198 | Ed Eckhardt | It is especially unfair that the patrons were not allowed to have one last goodbye to Geauga Lake. If you knew you were closing it at the end of the 2007 season, you could of had the decency to let us know earlier... how sad. |
