Petition is made with 10,000 signatures sought, for answers about the scandal of the NSA and GCHQ, and the cost estimated of damage, and true damage to date known in figures, also of the the reputation of the United Kingdom,Ireland, Wales and Scotland, with allegations and discoveries made.  As annex 1) to this petition to disclose explaining the EU Vote and decision that has stopped all trade agreements promised by the G8 Summit and how this affects the Country as a whole.  As annex 2) and part thereof of this petition what current investigations are being made and estimated cost to the Country. As annex 3) What budget and which Department budget will be affected to have to cover any costs of the NSA and GCHQ leaks. As annex 4) too this petition to know damage and cost to future trade to businesses on an International level and that of the EU's decision to investigate. As annex 5) How the Government will compensate or seek to fill the gap for Business where harm is done to trade and what budget the money is coming from for this. What type of compensation will be offered.  6) Will GCHQ change behavior and cease collecting information and or be transparent and finally to this petition are there and will there be sanctions to the Country by the EU's ruling.
