The Durham regional public and specialize transportation system, needs to have more adequate busing services throughout Durham region especially pertaining to the elderly, the physical challenged using devices such as canes, walkers, electric scooters, electric wheelchairs and any other devices that may assist the rider using this public service, going north and south, as well as East and West throughout Durham regional boundaries and territories, there should be adequate buses on all the major routes and there should not be confusion or any misunderstandings when requesting public transportation or specialize public transportation to and from recipients destination whether it may be during the week or on a weekend, the above-mentioned service should be available seven days a week as well as 24-hour service around-the-clock and there should be sufficient back up for emergencies and for recipients needing blood analysis, and recipients going to work in the early hours of the morning and the same for the recipient's coming home from work late in afternoon and this public service should be available for the majority of users to have a social community life through the communities and the service should be available for all pedestrians when there are community functions being put on by the individual cities and municipalities throughout your region.
