   Comments: I often use Echolink to connect to GB3OK and in several instances have found that I have to do an emergency shutdown of my link due to the disruption on GB3OK. This is a great repeater and most who use this as it should be used but obviously some of whom are not following correct operator use.    Comments: GB3OK provides a useful service to the whole of south London, Northern Kent and Southern Essex. The service is a great place for new licencees to meet old hands and find out how the works. It is often off-putting to hear the jamming and illegal activities of some individuals and must put off a number of would be Amateurs.

    Comments: The authorities should be protecting the primary user from any form of abuse or miss use on any amature band. A lot of work is required in providing a good repeater system such as GB3OK. So come on Ofcom give the amatures a little helping hand here

    Comments: At present i'm fed up that every time i go to use GB3OK in the daytime there allways seems to be a minority who wish to cause interference etc.It would be lovely to be able to contact fellow enthusiasts and friends without constant "lost" words or sentences.

    Comments: CONTRARY TO SOMEBODIES PREVIOUS POSTING, THIS PETITION WAS RAISED WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE REPEATER KEEPER. HE ONLY BECAME AWARE OF ITS EXISTANCE SO THAT IT COULD BE HAND DELIVERED TO THE AUTHORITIES IN QUESTION! AS FOR POSTS BEING EDITIED - SOME HAVE BEEN REMOVED DUE TO THE ABUSIVE NATURE OF THEIR CONTENT. THIS IS NOT HERE TO POINT FINGERS, IT IS HERE TO GET THE CORRECT PEOPLE INVOLVED TO ELIMINATE THE PROBLEMS ON REPEATERS.

    Comments: I appreciate all the problems the repeater has been experiencing but does the repeater keeper really have to turn it off everytime something happens You don't see EL being shut down every 5 mins. That's also had it's fair share of hassle. What's wrong with leaving it on and just letting people get on with it

    Comments: We all appreciate the problems that the repeater is experiencing and yes I think the repeater Keeper should turn the repeater off, maybe this will make the authorities do something about it. I think if the keeper left the repeater on and just let people get on of with it eventually Ok would be like all other repeaters and that would be people not using it anyway. Lets keep the pressure on the authorities to act, we all know who is spoiling OK you only have to go and visit his website www.gb3lk.com.

    Comments: Ref to post 66 (John) This is the typical type of post expected, do you believe that by running a website this causes me to jam the repeater Check your dates the repeater was being jammed long before the website was here. Just because I own the domain name of GB3LK.COM do you feel you need to make wild and UNFOUNDED ACCUSATIONS. As I stated previously GB3OK has been a target of abuse since the time it came on air. GB3LK.COM is my website and it does not contravene my Validation Document in any shape or form, you need to be in possesion of the facts before posting comments such as yours. Why don't you also post your full name Are you ashamed of your post Or is your name not really John Be clear Ofcom are aware of the problem as I have spoken to them enough and my website is mild compared to what I have put up with being posted on GB3OK.COM and even this petition by idiots. This has been going on for nearly two and a half years. I really hope you lot catch the jammer as it would shut the lot of you up when you discover it is not me!! Or is it as I suspect you lot jamming just to cause trouble Keep pointing your sticky little fingers as it gives you a purpose in life and something to chat about.

    Comments: They are not unfounded accusations. The website gb3lk.com is a disgrace and shows you up for what you are. It's just another step in your vendetta against the repeater and it's keeper. We have all heard the file of your foul mouth on the laughing policeman site and you have been caught jamming. You are a nasty piece of work which is why some of us stay anonymous, we don't feel we should have to suffer your nonsense. The sooner your licence is revoked the better it will be for amateur radio.

    Comments: I am sure that we are all getting sick and tired of this! Two grown men acting like five year-olds! I urge Ofcom to revoke the GB3OK & GB3LK NOV and give someone else the chance of setting up a repeater which is actually useable without 90% abuse! There is a need for a good repeater in this area but the present keeper has proved on a number of occasions that he is unable to provide the service required! Many other repeaters suffer abuse but they are not constantly turned off, nor do you hear the keeper constantly refering to the abuse or even worse arguing with the abusers on-air!. Come on Ofcom, please REVOKE THE NOV's and give us the chance of a propperly run repeater!
