In North Bay we, the undersigned, believe that there is not enough gay/lesbian/bisexual support in the city of North Bay. There is no sense of community or acceptance for the gay/lesbian/bisexual individuals of North Bay. We should not be treated as outcasts!

To provide this sense of community we request that there be an annual "Gay Pride Parade" to promote and support equalities in North Bay. Give us the opportunity to be loud and proud about who we are and whom we love. Provide us with one day every year to strut our happiness throughout our city of North Bay because we should not feel like we are outside looking in on the community of our own hometown.
