    Comments: To anyone in a position of authority on this matter who would say this is too expensive, I say go and look your loved ones in the eye and tell them you've just put a pricetag on their heads. I did not know this young man directly but that is irrelevant. If this road is left in this condition it is only a matter of time before another tragedy such as this.
