It breaks my heart knowing Dylan coulda been saved by something so simple, but let's try to learn from this and finally do something about it!

    Comments: WELL I KNOW IF THAT ROAD WAS ON A JOBSITE IT WOULD BE CONSIDERED UNSAFE SO LETS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! THERE SHOULD EITHER BE A GAURD RAIL ON THE EXISTING ROAD, OR THE BIKE PATH SHOULD BE CONSTRUCTED INTO A ROAD!
