We, the undersigned residents of Highland and Tusten, support a one-year moratorium on all natural gas drilling in our townships. During this moratorium, the short-term and long-term impacts of this industry on our health, environment, infrastructure, property values, quality of life and community character need to be fully evaluated, planned for, and mitigated via responsible and appropriate ordinances and regulations.
