Visa and MasterCard will refund Fuel Merchants up to $75 per tranaction if their card is used fraudulently when making a purchase. Many merchants now limit the amount they pump with one transaction to $75.00. Many consumers must start another transaction to top off their tank. I would think with rising fuel prices - it may soon require 3 transactions to fill some tanks. I petition Visa, MasterCard and fuel merchants to remove pump limits.
