On 25-Jan-2012 Commissioner Lee advised that the Time Lords would not be elevated to the FSL, even though they were a fan favorite and ranked high in the polls. (see http://www.fsltonight.com) We are requesting a full investigation into the actual vote counts of the elevation process. Further we are requesting an independent inquiry by a neutral third party as to whether or not the Commissioners office was aware of other illegal or un-sportsman like activities occurring in the FSL that would taint the potential of the Time Lords (or any other team) from elevation. With the recent conviction of the Canton Jaynes for labor issues, we believe that there was knowledge in the front office of the league and nothing was done, also showing some type of conspiratorial motives by the Commissioner's Office.
