Unreasonable Charges and Non-Maintainance

Dear all, This petition is against Galebaron’s Annual Invoices not carrying out the work. They are charging us in advance for maintenance of the estate every year coating for repairing of roads painting etc but only temporary work held by a sub contactor who lives in the estate. Galebaron has not asked for permission from any of us Leaseholders, or committee members meeting was not held for to carry out any temporary work held! NO residents were informed of any work taking place or any benefit for us. Temporary roads cannot be repaired before the drainage system is done underneath the roads. The Drainage is not been done to the safety of the estate since it is been informed by the surveyor last 10 years. Why wasting the money on temporary Road repairs for his benefits The pot holes on roads are been done every two years for extremely expensive cost whit out asking the residents. Galebaron has not maintained for more than 10 years. But have charged all Leaseholders the full money of Annual Maintenance Charges. As they intimidate all the leaseholders with spreading all rumours’ to the residents; as they have the right to repossesses property. Take have individual to the Court’s and charged them and put the cost of the Courts on the maintenances bill for others to pay. There is lots of discursion on the bills they have produced to show the residents and some of the residents’ believed its true but it’s not true. In addition they charge us money of repairs of which we all do not know about. Galebaron has given all the Invoices to the Auditors and these were all confirmed as genuine. But only we Leaseholder will know what work has been actually carried out and what not. Until now, even after our numerous complaints, no one of us was ever consulted by Galebaron to find out the truth. Few Leaseholders who have seen the Invoices have noticed that most of the companies have charged unreasonably and many Invoices are duplicated over the years. This petition is to stop the fencing, temporary works road repairs, and other works etc with out taking permeation from the Woburn & Bedford Court committee. Can you singed the petition that for all these years we residents only can accept the 25% the service charges as we have only witness some what cutting the grass but not to the stranded or maintained of keep it cleaning the estate. Who ever residents agree to this please singed the petition as this can take it to the tribunal Courts to get the justices challenge the services charge and reimburse the money already paid. Can also remove Galebaron management service and appoint very much reputated Management Company like Townsend, Knightsbridge Property Services etc.

    5 years ago Comments: I agree with the petition. Galebaron has not done anything neccessary so far. All what he have done is cutting the grass and changed couple of light bulbs. For this he has charged nearly 900 pounds per year. This year the bill is roughly 1730 pounds, may be is going to renovate his own home...who knows.
